CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Kegomoditswe Victoria Ratshefola has been appointed to replace Bridgitte Mathews as an 
independent non-executive director, as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of the Remuneration 
and Nomination Committee of the company with effect from 21 May 2019.

Victoria, who holds a CA(SA) and ADP from the University of Cape Town, completed her articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers 
Inc. in the Banking Division. She is currently Head of Credit at FirstRand Bank having previously been Head of Finance 
at Ashburton Investments and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank Forex.

The board of directors of OneLogix welcomes Victoria to OneLogix and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
