Noteholders are hereby advised that the annual financial statements
of the Company and of its holding company and guarantor, PSG Konsult
Limited (“Guarantor”), for the year ended 28 February 2019, including
the unqualified audit reports of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the
registered auditor of the Company and the Guarantor, are available
on the Company’s website at www.psg.co.za/investor-
relations/DMTN%20programme (in the case of the Company) and
www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-information(in the case
of the Guarantor) and may also be requested and obtained in person,
at no charge, at the registered office of the Company during office
hours.
Due to a voluntary change in the presentation format adopted and an
amendment to IAS 1, the disclosure of certain items in the 2019
annual financial statements relating to the prior year changed, which
restatements had no impact on the amounts previously disclosed.
