Finalisation information in respect of the special dividend
declared for the six months ended 31 March 2019

Shareholders are referred to the unaudited group results and
dividend declaration announcement of 22 May 2019, in which the
Company declared a gross special dividend of 306 cents per
ordinary share (net amount of 244.8 cents per ordinary share).

The South African Reserve Bank has approved the payment of the
special dividend.

Shareholders are therefore advised that the timetable in respect
of the ordinary and special dividend remains unchanged, as
follows:

 Last day to trade cum the ordinary and     Tuesday, 25 June 2019
 special dividend
 Shares commence trading ex the           Wednesday, 26 June 2019
 ordinary and special dividend
 Record date to determine those              Friday, 28 June 2019
 shareholders entitled to the ordinary
 and special dividend
 Payment in respect of the ordinary and          Monday, 1 July 2019
 special dividend

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Wednesday, 26 June 2019 and Friday, 28 June 2019, both
days inclusive.
