UPDATE ON SECTOR CLASSIFICATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 6 September 2018 released on the SENS of the JSE and on the
website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") with regard to the change in sector classification of the
Company from the Real Estate Holding and Development subsector to the Equity Investment Instruments subsector
pursuant to FTSE Russell's quarterly review.
Subsequent to the publication of the Company's quarterly results for the three months ended 31 December 2018 (the
"quarterly results"), which results indicated that the majority of the Company's revenue was generated by its direct
and indirect property investments, Lighthouse applied to FTSE Russell for a subsector reclassification from Equity
Investment Instruments to the Real Estate Holding and Development subsector (the "application").
Shareholders are advised that the Company's application for reclassification has been successful, and that Lighthouse
will be included in the Real Estate Holding and Development subsector of the list with effect from 24 June 2019.
The Company has a primary listing on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the JSE.
