CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Alaris Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released on the
Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) by Alaris on Thursday,
14 March 2019 regarding Changes to Executive Responsibilities of a Director.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that a new full-time Group
Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director has been appointed, with effect from the 1st of
July 2019.
After a rigorous recruitment process, Elsie Muller, has been selected as the successful
candidate. She studied at the University of Pretoria and obtained her Honours Degree in
BCom (Acc) in 2009. She completed her articles with Grant Thornton and qualified as a
chartered accountant in 2012, whereafter she joined a manufacturing concern where she
obtained valuable experience in the manufacturing environment. She joined Alaris Antennas
as Finance Manager in June 2015 and has become involved in the Alaris Holdings group
management functions during the past two years. She has an in-depth knowledge of the
financial systems and processes of the businesses and has been an integral part of the post-
acquisition integration of COJOT and MWAVE into the group financial processes.
She will be taking over from Gisela Heyman, who has been promoted to fulfil the role as
Managing Director of Alaris Antennas and who will remain an executive director on the board.
The Board welcomes Elsie and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
