Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report and audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2019, posted today, 24 June 2019, are unchanged from the reviewed
condensed consolidated provisional financial statements released on SENS on 23 May 2019. The 2019
Integrated Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting (including a ‘Form of proxy’) can now be
viewed via the internet on Afrimat’s website www.afrimat.co.za under ‘Investor relations – Financials’.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Afrimat Limited will be held at the Protea Hotel, Durbanville, 99
Jip de Jager Drive, Vineyards Office Estate, Tyger Valley, 7530 on Wednesday, 31 July 2019 at 14:00.
The last date to trade and record date to be entitled to attend and to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 23 July
2019 and Friday, 26 July 2019, respectively. The notice of the AGM is issued with the Integrated Annual
Report.

Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (‘The Act’): Annual Compliance Report

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report for the year ended
28 February 2019 has been published in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act and is available on the
Company’s website at www.afrimat.co.za under ‘Sustainability – Transformation’.
