ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that Castleview's integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2019 (on which the company's auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion), has been
published today, Friday 28 June 2019, and is available on the company's website, https://castleview.co.za/wp-
content/uploads/2019/06/CSV-Integrated-Report-2019.pdf and contains no changes from the provisional summarised
reviewed consolidated financial statements for the twelve months ended 28 February 2019 which were released on
SENS on Friday, 24 May 2019.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Castleview shareholders, which will be held at
Noland House, River Park, River Lane, Mowbray, Cape Town on Friday, 26 July 2019 at 10:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 16 July 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 19 July 2019.
Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the
company's website, https://castleview.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/CSV-BEE-Verification-Report.pdf.
