PROPOSED TRANSFER OF THE LISTING OF VUNANI FROM THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE (“ALTX”)
TO THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE

Shareholders are hereby advised that Vunani is in the process of preparing an
application to the Issuer Regulation Division of the JSE for the transfer of
Vunani’s listing from the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, to the Main Board of the
JSE (“the Transfer”).

Shareholders will be advised of the effective date of the Transfer when the
requisite approval from the JSE has been obtained.
