Consequently, the Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019 will also be delayed. Accordingly, SEM has acceded to an extended deadline of 31 August 2019 to file and publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 as well as the Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019.
