OF B-BBEE CERTIFICATE
Shareholders are advised that eMedia Holdings’ integrated annual report, incorporating the
summarised reviewed results for the year ended 31 March 2019, has been posted to
shareholders today being 31 July 2019 and contains no changes from the reviewed results
which were published on SENS on 23 May 2019.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report and the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2019 are available on the Company’s website
(www.emediaholdings.co.za).
The integrated annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for eMedia Holdings
shareholders, which will be held at the offices of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited,
Suite 801, 76 Regent Road, Sea Point, 8005 on Thursday, 12 September 2019 at 10h00. The
record date for determining when shareholders must be recorded in the register to be entitled
to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 6 September 2019. The last day to trade is
Tuesday,3 September 2019.

COMPLIANCE REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company’s website at
http://www.emediaholdings.co.za/transformation.
