Appointment of interim Company Secretary

Further to the SENS announcement dated 3 June 2019 and in terms of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are
advised that Kilgetty Statutory Services (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited
(“Kilgetty”) has been appointed as the interim company secretary of Spur
Corporation with effect from 1 August 2019.

The board of directors of the Company has considered whether, and concluded
that, Kilgetty has the necessary knowledge and experience to act as company
secretary to the Company. Shareholders will be advised when a permanent
company secretary is appointed in due course.
