FURTHER RECYCLING OF CAPITAL - REST OF AFRICA RETAIL INVESTMENTS

Attacq is pleased to announce that AttAfrica Limited, in which it owns a 31.8% stake, has concluded an agreement to
dispose of its 50% interest in Manda Hill Shopping Centre ("Manda Hill"), Zambia. The sale price for the disposal of
Manda Hill is in line with Attacq's carrying value of its effective share in the mall as at 31 December 2018.

Attacq will use its share of the disposal proceeds to reduce its interest-bearing debt.

Following this disposal, Attacq's remaining Rest of Africa Retail Investments comprise investments into Accra Mall
and West Hills Mall in Accra, Ghana, Kumasi City Mall in Kumasi, Ghana and Ikeja City Mall in Lagos, Nigeria.

Attacq, together with its fellow shareholders in its Rest of Africa retail assets, will continue to pursue disposals
in an orderly manner over time.
