AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERIM RESULTS

Bondholders are referred to the announcement released by the Issuer on the JSE Limited’s Stock Exchange
News Service on Tuesday, 6 August 2019, containing the short form interim results of the Issuer for the six
month period ended 30 June 2019 (“2019 interim results”).

RBPlat wishes to advise bondholders that the 2019 interim results are available for inspection at the Issuer’s
registered office and on their website at http://www.bafokengplatinum.co.za/interim-results.php.

Further to the above, bondholders are hereby advised of restatements, to the previously published interim
results of the Issuer for the six month period ended 30 June 2018 (“2018 interim results”), in relation to:

     1.    The use of treated water in Bafokeng Rasimone Platinum Mine’s concentrator, which was restated
           due to a misstatement in the 2018 interim results;
     2.    The greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, carbon dioxide (CO2e) and water intensity disclosures have
           been restated as these figures are based on revised audited figures confirmed at the 2018 year-end;
     3.    The share capital and share premium values, which were restated due to the share capital and share
           premium being reallocated to stated capital in the 2019 interim results.
