Shareholders are advised that the pre-hearing conference was held today at which the parties settled a timetable for contested proceedings to be conducted before the Competition Tribunal. The hearing of the matter has been set down from Monday, 9 December 2019 until Friday, 13 December 2019 and Monday, 20 January 2020 to Tuesday, 28 January 2020.
