UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF ELB’S INTEREST IN THE ELB FLYING SERVICES
PARTNERSHIP

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
(“SENS”) on 15 July 2019, wherein shareholders were advised that ELB had disposed of its interest in
the ELB Flying Services Partnership, and using the terms defined therein, shareholders are now
further advised that the requisite fairness opinion has been obtained from an Independent Expert, and
that the Independent Expert has concluded that the Transaction is fair as far as the shareholders of
ELB are concerned.

In accordance with paragraph 10.7(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the report by
the Independent Expert will be available for inspection at the Company’s registered office for a period
of 28 days from the date of this announcement.
