APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Tapiwa Hudson Njikizana (43) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 19 August 2019.

Mr Njikizana, who is a Chartered Accountant and registered JSE IFRS Advisor, will
serve on the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee. He is an executive director at
W Technical Consulting SA (Pty) Ltd. He has served as a non-executive director on
the board of Iliad Africa Limited and currently serves on the board of Mercantile Bank
Holding Limited. He has also held roles in leading industry bodies and committees
including as a member of the Accounting Practice Committee of SAICA and the
Financial Reporting Investigation Panel (formerly known as the Gaap Monitoring
Panel) of the JSE.
