   PETITION FOR THE WINDING-UP OF GO LIFE INTERNATIONAL UNDER THE INSOLVENCY ACT


With reference to the notice that appeared in L’Express on 28 August 2019, whereby a
petition (with reference number: SC/COM/PET00629/2019) was presented by Finaegis Ltd to
the Bankruptcy Division of the Supreme Court of Mauritius on 15 August 2019 for the winding-
up of Go Life International Ltd (GU) under the Insolvency Act.

The Board takes note of the notice as published and confirms that no such notice was
delivered to any recognised official address of Go Life International, other than to Mr Sooklall,
a non-executive director of Go Life International.

Our legal team is in the process of addressing the issue. It is indicated that the matter will be
resolved, as it relates to a reasonably minor outstanding account. Progress will be
announced within 14 days hereof.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
AltX of the JSE
