The New Notes will be issued today on the Interest Rate Market of the JSE Limited and will mature over one year from the date of issue. The New Notes will attract a floating rate coupon of 2.40% per annum above a 3 month ZAR-JIBAR and interest will be payable quarterly. Following the placement of the New Notes, the total notional value of Notes in issue under the Programme will amount to R2,325 billion.
