Further to the FTSE/JSE Russell notices released 29 July 2019 and 04 September 2019, and following the
results of the elections in relation to the Capitalisation Issue by Naspers (South Africa, constituent) into
Prosus (South Africa, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

the election results for the shareholders who elected to receive 0.36986 Naspers shares in lieu of one
