NO CHANGE TO ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders of MOTUS (“Shareholders”) are advised that Notice of the Annual General Meeting
(“AGM”) and proxy form will be distributed to Shareholders today, Monday, 30 September 2019.
The consolidated audited Annual Financial Statements of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2019,
on which Deloitte & Touche expressed an unmodified opinion, contain no modifications which were
released on the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) of the JSE Limited on Wednesday, 28 August
2019.
The Group’s Annual Integrated Report will be distributed to Shareholders today and an electronic
version of the Group’s Annual Integrated Report, the Annual Financial Statements, the Notice of
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and proxy form are available on the Company’s website at
https://www.motuscorp.co.za/integrated-report/ from today.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Company’s AGM will be held on Tuesday, 12 November 2019 at 08h30
(CAT) at the Training Centre of Hyundai South Africa, located at Lucas Lane (corner Norman Road)
Bedfordview, Gauteng.

The proxy forms should be lodged with the Transfer Secretaries, Computershare Investor Services
Proprietary Limited, by no later than 08h30 on Friday, 8 November 2019 for administrative purposes
or lodged with the Chairman before commencement of the meeting.

The record date for Shareholders to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 1 November 2019.
Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 29 October
2019.

B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report

In compliance with paragraph 16.21(g) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Shareholders are advised that
MOTUS’ annual compliance report in terms of section 13G (2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) Act has been submitted to the B-BBEE Commission and is available on the
Company’s website.
