As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Gemgrow has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel. Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 October 2019 wherein shareholders were advised that the special resolution necessary for the change of name from “Gemgrow Properties Limited” to “Arrowhead Properties Limited” has been registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
