NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT,SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AND THE AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL 
STATEMENTS


Shareholders are advised that Attacq’s integrated annual report, sustainability report and audited financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2019 (collectively, the “annual report”) were published on the Company’s website,
www.attacq.co.za/investors-home/#financialresults today, 24 October 2019. The audited annual financial statements
included in the annual report contain no changes to the summarised provisional consolidated financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2019 (“summarised financial statements”) and the audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2019 (“financial results”), which were published on SENS and the Company’s website, respectively, 
on Tuesday, 10 September 2019.

Shareholders are referred to the auditor’s report included in the financial results which contains the following
emphasis of matter statement:

“Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 43 of the annual financial statements which indicates
that the previously issued financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018, have been restated.”

Details of the above-mentioned restatement are included in the summarised financial statements which, together with
the financial results incorporating the auditor’s report, have been available for inspection at the Company’s
registered office and on the Company’s website from Tuesday, 10 September 2019.
