Sibanye-Stillwater adds disclosure to its Q3 2019 Operating update

Johannesburg, 6 November 2019: Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SGL and NYSE: SBGL)
advises that additional disclosure to its Q3 2019 Operating update, which was issued
on 31 October 2019, is available on its website at
https://www.sibanyestillwater.com/news-investors/reports/quarterly. The additional
disclosure includes three tables (on pages 8,9 and 10) and updated footnotes on page
1 of the Q3 2019 Operating update.

The disclosure is due to the current Form F-4 registration statement which is part of
the Group’s internal restructuring. Pursuant to Regulation G of the Securities Act of
1933 (the “Securities Act”) and Item 10(e) of Regulation S-K under the Securities
Act, the Group is required to provide reconciliations of any non-IFRS disclosures in
the Q3 2019 Operating update.
