ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE PARTNERSHIP WITH EMERGE GROUP ON JOBS FUND
BUSINESS SUPPORT AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT GRANT


The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform the public that Go Life has entered into
a partnership with Emerge Group to be a match funding partner on a R25 000 000 Jobs Fund
Grant for business support to SMEs/Beneficiaries who would be suppliers and partners to Go
Life. This will have a significantly positive impact on the distribution network for Go Life Brands
as well as the related manufacturing entities. This programme will commence in the first quarter
of 2020.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
AltX of the JSE.
