NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further to the publication of the detailed audited financial
results for the year ended 30 September 2019 on SENS on Monday
18 November 2019, Astral Foods advises that its 2019 Integrated
Report, which incorporates the audited annual financial
statements for the period, is available on its website:
www.astralfoods.com or can be obtained from Astral Foods’
registered office from today, 13 December 2019. The audited
annual financial statements and auditor’s report contain no
modifications from the aforementioned SENS announcement and
therefore no abridged report will be published.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The notice of annual general meeting, containing the annual
financial statements has been distributed to shareholders
today, 13 December 2019 and accordingly notice is hereby given
that the annual general meeting of Astral Foods will be held at
Astral’s corporate office, 92 Koranna Avenue, Doringkloof,
Centurion on Thursday 6 February 2020 at 08:00 to transact the
business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded in the share
register for purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at
the annual general meeting is Friday 31 January 2020. The last
day to trade in order to be eligible to participate and vote at
the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 28 January 2020.
