APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


The announcement below is made in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.

Following the announcement on 29 November 2019 where shareholders were advised of the
Company Secretary’s resignation, shareholders are informed that CorpStat Governance
Services Pty Ltd (“CorpStat”) has been appointed as Company Secretary of Libstar with effect
from 1 February 2020.

CorpStat, represented by Elise Waldeck and William Somerville, provides outsourced
company secretarial and corporate governance services. The CorpStat team has extensive
expertise in company secretarial, statutory compliance and corporate governance processes.
The Board welcomes CorpStat and looks forward to their contributions to Libstar.
