APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CHANGE TO THE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are hereby advised that Mr Charl de Villiers has been promoted to the position of Group Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and will be appointed to the Board as an Executive Director with effect
from 1 January 2020. Mr de Villiers has been a part of the management team since joining Libstar
in October 2017 as Senior Financial Executive, with responsibility for all aspects of finance,
financial control, tax, accounting and reporting for the Company.

Mr de Villiers succeeds the current CFO, Mr Robin Smith. Mr Smith will remain an Executive
Director of Libstar and will assume a broader commercial leadership role within the Company
whilst also ensuring a smooth transition of the CFO position.

The Libstar board congratulates Mr de Villiers on his appointment and wishes him well in his new
role.
