The Company received notification on 31 December 2019 of the following trades connected to Ian Krieger, 
a Non-Executive Director of the Company:

Caron Krieger, Ian Krieger’s wife, sold 66,257 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company. The
shares were sold at £0.255 per share on 30 December 2019.

Ian Krieger acquired 105,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company. The shares were acquired
at £0.255 per share on 30 December 2019.

Both transactions were completed on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transactions Ian Krieger’s
beneficial interest has increased to 105,000 ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
