DISTRIBUTION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SUMMARISED
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Coronation Fund Managers Ltd (“the Company”) hereby advises shareholders of the
Company (“Shareholders”) that the Company’s Notice to Shareholders (“the Notice”)
regarding its 2020 annual general meeting (“AGM”), incorporating the summarised
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 September
2019, was dispatched to Shareholders today, Friday, 17 January 2020.

The following will also be available on the Company’s website,
https://www.coronation.com/company-reports/, as from today, Friday, 17 January 2020:

1.   The Notice to Shareholders: 2020 Annual General Meeting;
2.   the Integrated Annual Report; and
3.   the audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended
     30 September 2019.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting will be held at 14:00 on Tuesday, 18
February 2020 in the boardroom of the offices of the Company at 7th Floor, MontClare Place,
Cnr Campground and Main Roads, Claremont, Cape Town to transact the business as set
out in the Notice of AGM.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 7 February 2020, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 4 February 2020.
