CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the JSE Listing Requirements,
Shareholders are advised that Mr Elton Bosch, Chief Financial Officer and
Executive Director, has resigned from the Company with effect from 31
January 2020, to pursue other business interests.

The Company would like to thank Mr Bosch for his contribution during his
tenure.

Oceana will commence with the process of identifying a suitable replacement.
Shareholders will be kept informed in this regard.
