Marshall’s shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the 2019 Annual Report, which includes the
Notice of AGM of the Company for the year ended 30 September 2019 has been mailed today, Friday, 31
January 2020 to Shareholders recorded in the register as at Friday, 24 January 2020 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on Friday, 20 December 2019.

Copies of the 2019 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available for downloading on the Company’s

Notice of AGM

The AGM of Marshall will be held at its registered office at 2nd Floor, Gaspé House, 66-72 Esplanade, St
Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GH on Friday,15 May 2020 at 12:00 noon (UK time) to transact the business as stated
in the Notice of AGM, forming part of the 2019 Annual Report.

Record dates

The date on which Shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the Company's securities
register in South Africa in order to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 8 May 2020. The last day to trade in
order to be entitled to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 5 May 2020. Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later
than 12:00 (UK time) on Wednesday, 13 May 2020.
