In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that
Mdyesha Ndema Attorneys have resigned as Jasco’s Company
Secretary, with immediate effect.

Shareholders are further advised that Mr. Warren Prinsloo has
been appointed as Acting Company Secretary with immediate
effect, until such time as a new appointment is made.
