DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN HOLDINGS IN THE COMPANY

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act Nr 71 of 2008, as amended, (“Companies
Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE Listings Requirements”),
shareholders are advised of the following:

    -   Legae Peresec (Pty) Ltd has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company and its total beneficial
        interest now amounts to 0.8% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.
    -   Ronaldgate (Pty) Ltd has disposed of ordinary shares in the Company and its total beneficial
        interest now amounts to 0.0% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.

Formal notification has been received from Legae Peresec (Pty) Ltd and Ronaldgate (Pty) Ltd and the
Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Hosken Consolidated Investments Ltd’s (“HCI”) wholly-
owned subsidiary, HCI Niveus Holdco 1 (Pty) Ltd (“HCI Offerco”) acquired ordinary shares in the
Company. HCI and its subsidiaries, HCI Offerco and Johnnic Holdings Management Services (Pty) Ltd
now collectively hold a total beneficial interest in 92.2% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.

Formal notification has been received from HCI and the company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
