TRANSFER TO THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE

The Board of Directors of Transcend is pleased to announce that the JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved
the transfer of the Company’s listing from the Alternative Exchange to the “SA Listed Property” sector
of the Main Board of the JSE with effect from Wednesday, 12 February 2020.

The move follows a request by Transcend to move to the Main Board as a result of the Company
fulfilling all of the criteria for a Main Board listing as set out in the Listings Requirements of the JSE.
