CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S ROLE


Shareholders are advised that Mr Kamil Patel, who currently serves as an independent non-executive director of 
the company, has been appointed chairman of the board of 4Sight with effect from 1 March 2020. The board thanks 
Mr Herman Singh for fulfilling the role of acting Chairman until such time as a permanent appointment was made.
