CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Ms Anda Matwa has been appointed as company secretary of Attacq with
effect from 1 March 2020 and will replace Peter de Villiers who has been acting as interim company
secretary.

Ms Matwa holds a BCom Philosophy, Politics & Economics Degree from the University of Cape Town, a
Master’s Degree of Science in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster, and a
Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law and a Higher Diploma in Tax, both from the University of
Johannesburg. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) through the University of South Africa.
Ms Matwa is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (UK), a member of Institute of
Directors South Africa and has previously served as a member of the Technical Committee of the Chartered
Secretaries of South Africa. Prior to joining Attacq, Ms Matwa served as the Group Assistant Company
Secretary at Omnia Holdings Limited (2013 to present).

The board of directors of Attacq welcomes Ms Matwa to the Attacq team and looks forward to her
contribution to the company.
