As part of the Recapitalisation of Brait, Ethos Capital and Ethos Fund VII (“Ethos”) acquired nil paid rights from the
Titan Group of Companies, represented by Dr CH Wiese (“Titan”). As part of this transaction, Titan has exercised its
right to acquire 35,590,909 Brait shares in terms of this agreement from Ethos.

In accordance with the requirements of European Union regulations and the JSE Limited, the notification and public
