Shareholders are advised that a summarised report for the financial year ended
30 November 2019, which includes Hudaco’s abridged financial results, a review of the
group’s performance, notice of the annual general meeting, proxy form and other
administrative information was posted on Wednesday, 26 February 2020. There have been
no changes from the abridged audited results for the year ended 30 November 2019
released on Friday, 31 January 2020. The full integrated report will be available on the
company’s website (www.hudaco.co.za) by Friday, 28 February 2020 or on request from
the group secretary (reana@hudaco.co.za).
Shareholders are further advised that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 11:00 on Thursday, 19 March 2020 at Hudaco’s corporate offices situated at
Building 9, Greenstone Hill Office Park, Emerald Boulevard, Greenstone Hill, Edenvale. The
record date for attending and voting at the annual general meeting is Friday,
13 March 2020 and the last day to trade to be eligible to participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is Tuesday, 10 March 2020. The notice of the annual general meeting is
contained in both the abovementioned summarised report and the integrated report.
