PASSING OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


It is with deep regret and sadness that the board of directors of Caxton wishes to advise
shareholders of the untimely passing of Piet Greyling, an executive director and long-standing
and integral member of the Caxton family, after having recently been diagnosed with leukemia.

The directors wish to extend their heartfelt condolences to Piet’s wife, Martie, sons Richardt and
Armand and their immediate family, as well as his wide-ranging and extensive circle of
colleagues and friends, inside and outside the Caxton group. Piet leaves an indelible mark on
our lives and he will be sorely missed.
