FY20 RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST DETAILS


Investec Australia Property Fund announces that it will release its financial results for the 12 months ended 31
March 2020 on Wednesday, 6 May 2020.

A briefing will be held via webcast and teleconference at:

    -   16:30 (Sydney time)
    -   08:30 (Johannesburg time)
