CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Bongiwe Njobe has resigned as an independent non-executive director of
Fortress with effect from 30 April 2020 in order to focus on her growing responsibilities in her professional
career.

The board of directors of Fortress thanks Bongiwe for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.
