AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2020


DECLARATION OF 4.5 GBP PENCE DIVIDEND

Shareholders are advised that the board of directors (“the Board”) of Atlantic Leaf has
approved and declared a cash dividend of 4.5 GBP pence per share in respect of the six months
ended 28 February 2020.

The salient dates for the dividend for shareholders are set out below:

Announcement of GBP to Rand conversion rate on or before:           Tuesday, 12 May 2020
Last day to trade cum dividend:                                     Tuesday, 19 May 2020
Securities trade ex-dividend:                                       Wednesday, 20 May 2020
Record date:                                                        Friday, 22 May 2020
Payment date:                                                       Monday, 25 May 2020

Dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may not take place between
Wednesday, 20 May 2020 and Friday, 22 May 20 both days inclusive. Transfer of shares
between sub-registers in Mauritius and South Africa may not take place between Tuesday 12
May 2020 and Friday, 22 May 2020 both days inclusive. Shareholders on the South African
sub-register will receive dividends in South African Rand, based on the exchange rate to be
obtained by the Company on or before Tuesday, 12 May 2020. A further announcement in this
regard will be made on or before Tuesday, 12 May 2020.

The dividend is a foreign dividend (to be paid out of the United Kingdom) and will be paid out
of the Company’s distributable earnings.

At the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company is 188,976,628
ordinary shares of no par value.
AVAILABILITY OF THE SUMMARISED RESULTS OF THE AUDITED
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2020

The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of Atlantic Leaf and the general public that the
summarised results of the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 28
February 2020 have been published on 28 April 2020 and can be viewed on the Company’s
website (www.atlanticleaf.com/investors/announcements/).

Atlantic Leaf has a primary listing on the Main Board of the JSE Limited and a secondary
listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd.
