Extension for publication of financial results

Shareholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority
on 3 April 2020, granting of the extension of financial reporting periods and are advised that the
Company will be utilising the two-month extension period afforded to issuers in that notice.

The Company’s financial year-end was 29 February 2020. Accordingly, the company is required to
release its year end results (“Provisional result”) on SENS by no later than 31 May 2020 and to
distribute its annual report containing the notice of annual general meeting (“Annual Report”) to

March 2020, the Company is unable to meet these deadlines.

In terms of the extension granted, the Provisional Results for the year ended 29 February 2020 will
be published prior to the end of July 2020 and the Annual Report for the same period will be
published prior to the end of August 2020.

CMH will endeavour to distribute the documents as soon as practically possible prior to the
deadlines and further announcements will be made on the publication thereof.
