PUBLICATION OF US GAAP EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the results for fourth quarter and preliminary IFRS results for the fiscal year 2020 released
on SENS today, Thursday, 28 May 2020 and are advised that as MiX Telematics has changed from being a foreign
private issuer to a U.S. domestic issuer, with effect April 1, 2020, the Company is required to comply with and report its
financial results in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“GAAP”) in U.S.
Dollars from a United States Securities And Exchange Commission (“SEC”) perspective.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that the preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2020 US GAAP
financial results was filed on Thursday, 28 May 2020 and is available on the Company’s website at
www.mixtelematics.com under Investor Information – SEC filings.
