CASTLEVIEW PROPERTY FUND LIMITED
(Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa)
(Registration number: 2017/290413/06)

ISIN: ZAE000251633
(Approved as a REIT by the JSE)
(“Castleview” or “the Company”)

EXTENSION OF FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD IN RESPECT OF THE PROVISIONAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR
THE YEAR ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2020

Shareholders are referred to the market notice issued on 3 April 2020 by the Financial Services Conduct
Authority (“FSCA”), wherein, as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant nationwide
lockdown, the FSCA granted companies listed on the JSE Limited who have financial years ends of 31
December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020, an extension of two months by
which to comply with various reporting timeframes as provided for in the JSE Listings Requirements (“the
FSCA extension”).

The JSE Listings Requirements state that provisional financial results must be published within three
months of an issuer’s financial year end.

Due to the constraints placed on the company as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant
national lockdown, Castleview advises that it will be relying on the FSCA extension with regard to the
publication of its provisional financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020, which were due to be
published on or before 31 May 2020.

Accordingly, the provisional financial results of Castleview for the year ended 29 February 2020 will be
published as soon as practically possible, but by no later than 30 June 2020.
