                                  Total voting rights and capital

As at 31 May 2020, Quilter plc (the “Company”) had 1,862,745,184 ordinary shares of 7 pence each in
issue, of which 16,263,364 were held in Treasury and therefore did not have voting rights attached.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 May 2020 was 1,846,481,820.

The above figure (1,846,481,820) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules (“DTR”).

This announcement is made in accordance with the DTR 5.6.1R.
