UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT - EXTENSION FOR PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS AND
2020 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DUE TO COVID-19

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s SENS announcement released on 27 May 2020, where
they were advised that the Company will utilise the Market Notice issued by the Financial Services
Conduct Authority (“FSCA”), and that the Company’s financial reporting timelines were extended by
one month.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the disruption caused by the pandemic, has behooved us to
utilize the extension period afforded by the Financial Services Conduct Authority of South Africa.

Shareholders are advised that the Company will be utilising the full two (2) months extension granted
by FSCA to finalise the audit, thereby only publishing its Provisional financial results on or before 31
July 2020.

We also expect to release the Audited Financial Statements (AFS), Annual Report and notice of
Annual General Meeting by 30 August 2020.
