EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS
The Board of directors (the “Board”) of New Frontier would like to apprise its shareholders and the general public that
owing to the COVID-19 pandemic that has evolved globally, there have been some unforeseen hindrances in the
preparation of the Company’s unaudited financial statements for the three months and nine months ended 31 May 2020
and these accounts are not expected to be completed by mid-July 2020.
As such, New Frontier will not be in a position to publish its abridged unaudited financial statements for the three months
and nine months ended 31 May 2020 within the deadline of 45 days, being Wednesday, 15 July 2020.
The Company has accordingly obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) to delay
the publication of its abridged unaudited financial statements for the three months and nine months ended 31 May 2020
until Wednesday, 22 July 2020.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
