CHANGES TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the
Board of Directors of AfroCentric (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Jurie
Strydom has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1
August 2020.

Mr Strydom holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Science Degree from the University of
Cape Town, majoring in Actuarial Science. Mr Strydom is currently the CEO of Sanlam
Personal Finance.

The Board welcomes Mr Strydom and looks forward to his contribution as a Director of the
Company.

The Board also hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Thinus Alsworth-Elvey resigned from the
Board with effect from 31 July 2020.

The Board would like to thank Mr Alsworth-Elvey for his contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
