CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 September 2020, wherein shareholders
were advised of the passing of Tshiamo Matlapeng-Vilakazi and are advised of the following changes to the
board committees:

-     Robin Lockhart-Ross has been appointed as interim chairperson of the remuneration committee;
-     Ina Lopion has been appointed as member of the remuneration committee and has resigned as a member of
      the risk committee; and
-     Sue Ludolph has been appointed as member of the social and ethics committee.

A further announcement in respect of the appointment of a permanent chairperson for the remuneration
committee will be made in due course.
